Full time - Shifts - Monday- Wednesday 10:30am- 7pm, and Thursdays and Fridays 9:30am- 6pm.
Duties include:
Park cards - spread sheet - assigning employees Parking spots in garages and parking lots (computer skills)
Give out Metro Link passes
Assist with Employee badges not working - (Fee for new badge - may get one for free - depending on situation)
Contractors - take parking payments
Validations - takes calls from garages as well
Parking system soft ware - Skidata
Process park cards and validation tickets

Parking and valet services at Barnes-Jewish hospital are responsible to provide safe, friendly,¿ and convenient parking and specific transportation services for all user groups -that come to the medical center which include: patients, visitors, employees, physicians, and volunteers.

Role Purpose
Performs clerical functions to maintain the day-to-day operations of the security department.
Responsibilities
Produces new hire and replacement employee badges.
Maintains accurate department files and records.
Assists security office staff with administrative duties as assigned.
Sorts and delivers mail.
