Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our Austin-Seton group. This role offers a blend of responsibilities, primarily based at Seton Main, with flexible support across Level II nurseries. The PNPs collaborate with a team of physicians and NNPs to provide high-quality newborn care.
Responsibilities:
Round in a busy newborn nursery alongside pediatricians, caring exclusively for newborn patients.
Provide education and support to parents on essential newborn care.
Rotate through different sites based on patient volume and team needs.
Maintain a flexible schedule with some weekend coverage.
Participate in a robust orientation process to ensure comfort and proficiency in the role.
