Seeking a Pulmonary Medicine only Physician at Wentzville, MO. No Critical Care needed, but may be available for those that are interested.
Wentzville, MO is one of the fastest growing cities west of the Mississippi River, with excellent schools both public and private, amazing restaurants, and attractions like ice skating rink, movie theaters, new sports complex, multiple gyms, etc.
Position Highlights:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Half Office-Half Hospital based practice model.
- Only go to a single hospital, SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake Saint Louis, a 216 bed, level 3 Trauma Center and level 2 Time Critical STEMI Center
- The hospital has 24 hour intensivist coverage, making for a great work-life balance for this position
- Weekend call is 1 in 3 initially with plans to go to 1 in 4 within 1 year
- SLUCare Pulmonologists/thoracic surgeons are a phone call away
- Procedures required: Vent Management, Bronchoscopy, EBUS.
- This position has a great work/life balance.
