SSM Health St. Anthony is seeking a 100% outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, mission-driven multi-specialty team in Shawnee, Oklahoma (35 minutes from OKC). This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice with strong clinical support and long-term stability.

Practice Details
- Join 3 physicians (this role makes 4)
- 1:1 provider-to-nurse ratio
- 2–3 exam rooms per provider
- Procedures are optional and at the provider's discretion
- On-site lab; imaging coordinated through the hospital
- Call schedule:
- Weekday call shared Monday–Thursday (one day per provider)
- Weekend rotation 1:4
