Job Description The Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of direct line team and outpatient behavioral health programming.Supervise and support direct care team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Manager.Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health outpatient, intensive outpatient and acute partial hospitalization for both adult and adolescent patients ensuring services run efficiently and meet quality and compliance standards.
