Additional Information About the RoleUnder direction of the manager/NP supervisor, this role plans, directs and coordinates activities of a department. As needed, performs direct patient care utilizing a high degree of knowledge, skill and competence. Treating patients within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with a physician (s) to support clinical services. Working with the NP supervisor to educate and manage a large group of NPs, while also managing and maintaining protocols and processes that will allow the team to work in a productive , stream lined method to give our patients the best possible outcome.
