RCS Analyst - Professional Billing and Collections
Overview Full-time days from 8a-4:30p. Opportunity for remote schedule. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable for Statewide IUHMG Physicians supported by Revenue Cycle Services. Responsibilities include, but not limited to resolution of pre-bill claim edits, insurance claim follow-up, insurance claim denial appeal and recovery, cash posting, customer service phone calls, and patient collections. Key Responsibilities:Identify, research, and resolve claim issuesFollow-up with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare departments to resolve claimsIdentify and communicate educational opportunities to management
