Mercy Hospital Joplin is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist (Swingshift) to join our established and collegial team. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy a fast-paced admitting service within a supportive, well?resourced environment. Mercy is a leading, integrated health system with locations across Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma, offering extensive collaboration with a large multispecialty group.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. (primarily admissions)
- Work alongside a highly experienced team that includes 6 daytime hospitalists and 2 intensivists
- Closed ICU supported by 24/7 intensivist coverage
- E?ICU virtual monitoring for all ICU rooms through Mercy Virtual Care Center (St. Louis)
- Fully integrated Epic EMR; Dragon dictation available
- All-private patient rooms throughout the facility
- Broad and reliable subspecialty support
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation package plus relocation assistance
- $50,000 commencement bonus
- Swingshift Rate: $1,863
