Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, a 110-member multispecialty group serving east central Wisconsin as part of SSM Health, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice.
The Opportunity:
- Multi-specialty clinic serving the greater Fond du Lac area in Wisconsin
- Affiliated with SSM Health

- Full-time position consisting of 8 half days per week
- Part-time positions consist of a variety of schedules

- Reasonable phone-only call rotation with after-hours nurse triage

At our Fond du Lac, WI facility, physicians are employed by the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, an independent yet closely affiliated group, while advanced practice providers (APPs) are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
