Description
Provide administrative assistance to leaders on the Duke Raleigh Campus, including but not limited to the Chief Medical Officer, Business Manager of the Associated Providers Department, HR leadership, or other leaders as needed or assigned
Hours:
40 hours a week Monday-Friday day shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Examples of work at this position include:
· Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
· Prioritize and resolve inquiries (phone, e-mail, in person).
· Independently prepare documentation, reports, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets at intervals and as requested.
· Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
· Coordinate special projects
· Act as a liaison between the DRAH leaders and internal/external parties
· Assist the Associated Providers Department with routine credentialing and reporting
· Explain policy/procedures to providers and other parties.
· Collect, compile and analyze data and information.
· Clear and monitor procurement card transactions and travel reports through Concur
· Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
· Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Creatively uses PC, word processing and other office tools. Thorough knowledge of department policies, procedures, and goals.

Education
High school education or equivalent.
Experience
Two years of administrative support experience of increasing variety and/or complexity
