Alton Memorial Hospital is seeking a Credentialling Analyst II to assist with verification of licenses and certifications for physician or provider privileges!
Ideal candidates will have a background in data or business analytics and enjoy working in a critical thinking environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Performs activities related to the entities and other affiliated instruction's credential verification process for initial and reappointment applications for medical staff and allied health professionals. Provides support to the Credentialing Lead and may oversee additional responsibilities in the absence of the Credentialing Lead, including mentoring and training the Credentialing Analyst I.
Responsibilities
Verifies that credentials of medical staff, mid-level, and allied health professionals are in compliance with regulatory bodies, federal, and state agencies.
Maintains accurate data in credential database and permanent credential files.
Collaborates with medical staff and leadership to ensure credentialing and processing standards are being met.
Provides credentialing reports and maintains data integrity within credentialing systems.
Facilitates problem solving and operating system boards while participating in sub-committees created for ongoing process improvement
