BJC is hiring for a Technology Change Manager. This is a hybird position. We are looking for someone with change management experience who can help others learn/adopot to change management.

Role Purpose
The Technology Enterprise Change Manager defines and communicates the approach for change management for technology initiative. Initiates, plans and leads strategic, large and complex change management initiatives. Provides guidance and raises awareness to help change leaders demonstrate effective behaviors to deliver organizational change. Establishes feedback processes and leads analyzes of change management successes. Enables technology continual improvements to change management methodology, tools and training necessary to enhance the maturity across the organization. Ensures that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage, focusing on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Understands the organization?s culture and utilizes this knowledge to capitalize on change management methods to engage team members in the adoption of new processes.
Responsibilities
Ensures that there is a business perspective on how any new technical capabilities will be integrated into the business, including planning around key business cycles, selecting appropriate customers for migration, etc.Outlines key business engagement messages that need to be communicated throughout the program/project and defines and communicates the approach for change management for a significant part of the organization and provides guidance and raises awareness to help change leaders demonstrate effective behaviors to deliver organizational change.Establishes feedback processes and leads analyzes of change management successes. Enables continual improvements to change management methodology, tools and training necessary to enhance the maturity across the organization.
Plans and leads content publishing activities for strategic, large and complex programs. Defines organizational policies, standards and techniques for content publishing. Obtains organizational commitment and resources to ensure the appropriate quality of material published by or on behalf of the organization.Ensures that policies are implemented, and any legal issues related to publishing are adequately managed. Facilitates cross-functional leadership teams to deliver organizational goals and outcomes.Designs repeatable, systematic or ad hoc team processes for decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving at the highest level. Guides business and technology leadership teams in developing shared responsibilities and making decisions that enable sustainable agreements. Asks questions and raises awareness of leadership team performance. Provides suggestions to encourage teams to learn and improve how they work together.
Champions the value of new ways of working to address internal and external opportunities, threats and the development of self-organizing workgroups across the organization.Plans and leads organization design activities - identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends solutions. Identifies major changes affecting the organization and mobilizes resources to implement changes.Initiates the definition of new organization boundaries and creates future organization design. Outlines performance measurement objectives and the high-level implementation approach. Provides a work environment and resources that allow individuals and workgroups to perform their tasks efficiently.Creates and sets the direction for multiple workgroups to achieve strategic organizational objectives. Sets strategy for quality and performance measurement in line with organizational goals.Leads the implementation of formal organizational processes such as recruitment, reward, promotion and disciplinary procedures.
Directs the strategy of technology Change Management operations and oversees the practice development within the organization.Leads the development of organizational capabilities for measurement (including automation). Creates the measurement framework and aligns measurement objectives with business objectives. Develops organizational policies, standards, guidelines for measurement.
Champions user-centered design and secures organizational commitment to the significant involvement of users in research.Develops technology organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for user research. Develops or sources organizational resources and capabilities to facilitate the adoption and exploitation of user research.Collaborates with both internal and external partners to facilitate effective user research.
