This is a great opportunity for ambitious outstanding physicians to join a superb team of surgeons, advanced practice providers and audiologists who serve the organization’s southern most hospitals. This unique role promotes mentorship and career growth potential by offering the opportunity to work as partners with other Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery faculty of the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must be BE/BC by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
Seeking comprehensive (general) otolaryngologists
Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply!
We offer extremely competitive compensation plus robust benefits package including:

$5,000 annual stipend for CME, Society Memberships, etc.
Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment programs
Current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the resident-fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of training
