Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Medical Oncology
Job DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), and in accordance with the nursing care plan, the PCT performs delegated competency validated patient care functions and applies technical skills of a limited uncomplicated nature. Duties include performing: EKG's, Tracheal suctioning, Tube feedings (NG/GT),Urinary catheter insertion, Blood draws (preferred),I.V. insertions (preferred).
