Additional Information About the RoleThis role serves as a comprehensive ADA case manager of simple to complex requests. The work includes facilitation of the Interactive Process to include determining essential job functions for a wide variety of roles, obtaining clarified work status information, managing leave as an accommodation and temporary and permanent accommodations requests, reassignments, medical separations, and performing a full range of activities necessary to making appropriate ADA determinations. Requires excellent knowledge of ADA case management, independent judgement, and critical thinking.
