Lourdes Health Network in Pasco, Washington is looking to grow their Behavioral Health program.

Practice: Outpatient practice with shared call coverage. Board eligible with requirement to complete Boards by end of contract term. Will see adult inpatients when on call with average census of 16. Our physician compensation is very competitive, with robust benefits. J1 and H1-B non cap exempt capable.

Requirements: Licensed in the State of Washington to practice medicine with an unrestricted right to prescribe controlled substances and medications.

Compensation: MGMA data for the region can be expected, along with benefit options such as loan repayment, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, relocation, 401k, etc.

Lourdes Health Network has a community Critical Access hospital with 25 beds in Pasco Washington, two multi-specialty clinics and wrap-around behavioral health services in Richland Washington. Lourdes Counseling Center currently employs general and child/adolescent psychiatrists.
