Additional Information About the RoleOutreach individuals experiencing homelessness in our community to help them obtain housing stabilityProvide ongoing resources to help meet the individual’s needs surrounding housing and mental healthHelp individuals establish services for employment, behavioral health, substance use, physical health, or other benefits such as disability and MedicaidRecruit and build rapport with landlords willing to accept our housing voucher while also becoming the expert in community housing resourcesBehavioral Health Housing experience - strongly preferredRequires working in Community and transporting clients in your own personal vehicle
