Community Support Specialist - Substance Use Client Population
Additional Information About the Role This is a 40 hour per week Community Outreach Case Worker positionYou will assist clients by linking them to community resources, such as housing and food assistanceYou will work out in the communities with clients daily (you do not work inside the agency location)Monday – Friday (Day Shift) – (NO On-Call, Weekends or Holidays required)Day shift hours – Manager will review start time in the interviewLocal travel is required and you must have your own personal reliable vehicle with valid insuranceYou must have a valid CLASS E or CLASS D driver’
