Ambulatory Service Rep - Neurology Clinic - Per DiemSUMMARY: The Ambulatory Service Representative (ASR) welcomes patients and families on arrival to the ambulatory practice and hospital outpatient areas and performs check-in procedures in a timely, customer friendly and efficient manner in accordance with VCH guidelines. Responsible for the patients' pre-registration and in-person registration including the accurate capture and validation of demographic and insurance data, insurance information collection and coding, insurance eligibility verification, and the collection of co-payment (both provider and facility), deductible and other known self-pay amounts.
