Behavioral Health - Residential Peer Support Specialist
Additional Information About the RoleDaytime shift (8 AM – 5 PM), though can be flexible based on client needsWorking with residential clients within BJC Clustered apartment facilitiesLocation- Working within our residential locations, as well as in the community helping with client appointments as neededIdeal Skill Set- extremely organized, high motivation and advocacy for clients experiencing mental health and/or substance crisis, ability to provide documentation in EMR – (training will be provided)Job responsibilities- assisting with client appointments, meeting with clients 1:1 or leading groups to discuss topics to help clients improve their mental health, completing documentation within 72 h
