This friendly southwestern Oklahoma community is seeking a great Urologist desiring more autonomy, quality patient care, high surgical volumes, and proven 1MM+ earnings.

Opportunity:

Seeking a urologist to serve the vast needs due to limited services within a 100-mile radius

Have the opportunity to capture the market and operate multiple days per week

Hospital has 6 OR suites with blocked scheduling and 24/7 Anesthesia services

Flexible weekly clinic/OR schedule and no/minimal "available by phone" call only option

Laser equipment is available and the CEO is open to further discussions for robotics and additional staff/equipment resources

Possibility for leadership opportunities and voting rights

Additional Details:

Competitive guaranteed salary of 700K+ with lucrative wRVU production incentives and proven income in over 7-figures+, comprehensive benefits, PTO and CME plus allowance, a relocation stipend, sign-on bonus, up to 200K loan repayment option, amazing retirement contributions and matching program, and malpractice insurance

Must be Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in Urology

2022 - 2023 graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
