Indiana University Health, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a HospitalistMedical Director to provide Medical Directorship for the Hospitalist Program at the Academic Health Center in downtown Indianapolis!
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
70% administrative, 30% clinical
Provide leadership support and advice for the facility operation of the AAHC
Participate in DOM and Population Health Quality Initiatives
Work in coordination with AAHC Medical Staff in the duties of Internal Medicine Section Chief
Attend and contribute to IUHP Hospitalist Service Line Director's Meeting
Participate in leadership development and succession planning
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. degree
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Unrestricted Indiana medical license
Experience in effecting and leading organizational change and managing a diverse workforce
Compensation Details:
Compensation includes a base salary and WRVUs
