Indiana University Health, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to provide Medical Directorship for the Hospitalist Program at the Academic Health Center in downtown Indianapolis!

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday 
• 70% administrative, 30% clinical
• Provide leadership support and advice for the facility operation of the AAHC
• Participate in DOM and Population Health Quality Initiatives 
• Work in coordination with AAHC Medical Staff in the duties of Internal Medicine Section Chief
• Attend and contribute to IUHP Hospitalist Service Line Director's Meeting 
• Participate in leadership development and succession planning 

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license 
• Experience in effecting and leading organizational change and managing a diverse workforce

Compensation Details:

• Compensation includes a base salary and WRVUs
