Your Role:
Provides management oversight of multiple complex modalities. The main focus of this job is to identify, obtain and apply necessary resources such as manpower, equipment, methods, systems, and money to achieve the modality goals, that roll up to support the department goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishes budgets and identifies resources needed to achieve unit and department goals.
Ensures patient and staffing schedules are within budget and are optimized so that quality and timely care is delivered.
Identifies and leads complex projects and protocol development involving exam safety, quality and/or timeliness.
Ensures modalities meet all local, state, federal or other certifying entity requirements.
