ICPR = Intensive Community -Based Pscyhiatric Rehabilitation
Requires traveling throughout the St. Louis city and county to meet with clients in their homes to provide crisis-based therapy services, family therapy, and behavioral based interventions for families, youth, and young adults
Must we willing to complete clinical supervision for licensure
Must have a Master's Degree that will allow you to obtain a PLPC provisional clinical license
This is a day shift position but requires flexibility to meet with clients after typical work hours and occasionally on weekends
Services Provided during day time hours but there is also a standard on-call system in place
Team and supervisor provides coverage when employee is on PTO
There is a maximum case load of five clients.
Every client is seen a minimum three times per week.
A typical day will usually consist of three-four client sessions, a number of case management related activities or calls, and session note writing
There is weekly individual supervision and weekly group supervision
Overview
BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Fran�ois, Iron and Washington counties. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.

Role Purpose
Responsible for providing case management services to maximize opportunities available to people living in the community who are trying to recover from the catastrophic effects of a serious mental illness.
Responsibilities
Completes timely documentation of services that clearly describe the need for the service, the intervention provided, the relationship to the treatment plan, the provider of the service, the date, the actual time and setting of the service, and the individual's response to the service.
Contacting individuals and/or referral sources following missed appointments in order to re-engage and promote recovery/resiliency efforts. Supporting individuals in crisis situations.
Responsible for monitoring of services and support activities to assess the implementation of the consumer?s individualized plan and progress towards outcomes specified in the plan; escortingconsumers to services when necessary to achieve desired outcomes or to access services; and direct assistance to the child, family, adult including coaching and modeling of specific behaviors andresponses.
Provides case management services that includes the arrangement and coordination of an individual?s treatment and rehabilitation needs, as well as other medical, social, and educational services and supports; coordination of services and support activities.
