Critical Care Advanced Practitioner Opportunity in St. Louis, MO!

Mercy's Critical Care team is actively recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide excellent patient care on-campus of Mercy Hospital St. Louis. 

This Opportunity Includes:

• Full-time position, 36hrs per week
• Up to $10,000 commencement bonus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Mercy's Critical Care team to provide expert care at Mercy Hospital St. Louis
• Perform comprehensive patient assessment including physical examinations.
• Collect and evaluate diagnostic data.
• Assure necessary medications and other therapies are prescribed in collaboration with a physician.
• Formulate plan of care in collaboration with patient and a multi-disciplinary team.
• Educate patient and family in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health status and intervene in acute and chronic illness.
• Evaluate patient and family outcomes and modify plan of care in consultation with physicians and other health team members.
