Strategic Implementation Specialist
JOB SUMMARY The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and short-run support of Conifer�s CareContinuity program at Conifer client sites throughout the US. This is a high visibility and high responsibility role that will directly impact the success of one of Conifer�s innovative programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy, the Implementation Specialist will be the point of contact in each new market to get new programs started and ensure operational programs are successful.
