ChristianaCare Health System is seeking a Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator at our Newark Campus. The Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) plays a vital role in the cancer programs at ChristianaCare. This unit is the only transplant unit in the state of Delaware, which helps keep our patients local during treatments. This position is responsible for coordinating care during transplant, providing education and support throughout patient's cancer journeys.

Maintains donor and recipient confidentiality.
Responsible for performance improvement activities related to the bone marrow transplant program. Tracks outcomes. Analyzes data and reports to bone marrow transplant meeting and Quality Management Committee.
Facilitates Quality Management Committee on a monthly basis.
Responsible for updating and maintaining FACT accreditation program.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
BSN required, MSN preferred
Five years Oncology/Hematology experience preferred with previous experience working in a transplant program
