Join 2 other Orthopedic Surgeons in an established practice within a 46-bed, brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital located in Southern New Mexico. This is a tremendous opportunity to build up a Foot and Ankle service line as the majority of the cases in the community are shipped to Texas,

2 OR and 2.5 clinic days per week allow a nice work/life balance

A shared call schedule between you and the 2 other surgeons allows for just 10 days per month- no trauma at the hospital makes the call volume much lighter

With the current surgeons performing 7-10 cases per week, you're able to ramp up as quickly as you feel comfortable

Excellent opportunity to build up a Foot and Ankle service line as the D1 University in town sends a lot of cases here and there is only 1 Podiatrist in this town of over 100,000

This 46-bed hospital encourages physician autonomy and works closely with their physicians in administrative and business decisions

Lucrative compensation package includes 1st year guarantee starting at $650,000 with room to make much more
