Position Information:
The Finance & Accounting Representative is responsible for various Finance and Accounting responsibilities including practice accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. Processes and codes invoices for the practice in a manner that maximizes the organization's cash flow, problem resolution, and follow-up related to practice in a timely manner. Performs other administrative duties as assigned, such as sorting mail, collecting credentialing data for physician and physician extenders, maintains required data collection for CME meetings, ordering supplies, scheduling new patient referrals, answering phone rollovers and other duties required to maintain efficiencies in the practice. Assist in template building and facilitates schedule changes within the practice.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Accounting/Finance - Finance Or Accounting/Finance - Accounting Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And College Courses Accounting Or Business Administration Preferred

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am. - 5: pm.

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
