Position Information:
The Practice Manager, Operations works collaboratively Service Line Director, Practice Managers, Director of Development, Supervisor of Education/Quality and Project Specialist, to anticipate, integrate and coordinate services that optimize clinical and fiscal outcomes and Revenue Cycle goals for the Service Line. Plans, monitors, and is accountable for the overall management and delivery of the following services for our departments: Scheduling of appointments, provider templates, authorizations for patient tests & procedures, timely processing and upkeep of Workques, timely processing of patient referrals, development, dissemination and implementation of standard work. Ensures pre-service administrative denials are managed, and prevented to maximize financial reimbursement. Serves as a liaison with the community, physician offices, and payers related to patient access issues. Reports directly to the Service Line Director.
