Purpose Statement / Position Summary

The Senior Healthcare Information Analyst performs a variety of duties as it relates to support of the Clinically Integrated Network (C.I.N.). This position will be an integral member of a clinically integrated network team, collaborating with diverse team members across the healthcare system to help solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for patients and providers across a broad base of initiatives. This job is 100% remote.  The Senior Healthcare Information Analyst is conducting and documenting moderate to complex data analysis projects as well as planning and implementing analyses that drive efficiency and quality.

Essential Job Outcomes

1. Timely development and updating of standard dashboards supporting Physician performance in the C.I.N. and other departments as advised
2. Performance Period reconciliation analysis for Hospital Efficiency Improvement Programs (HEIPs)
3. Cost Analysis of variation in service lines to discover new HEIP or other opportunities
4. Ability to learn and work in a variety of digital platforms/website for data retrieval and analysis (i.e. Crimson, Strata, Health Catalyst and more)
5. Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organize KPIs in line with strategic directives
6. Work with multiple team members, consultants included, to achieve accurate analyses and results
