MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a licensed registered professional nurse in the State of Illinois
- One (1) year of Pediatric or Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Must possess an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or able to obtain within two (2) weeks of starting. (If already obtained must provide card at time of interview)
- Must be certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or be able to obtain within 3 months of hire. (If already obtained must provide card at time of interview)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Bilingual
Any NNOC member who responds and/or accepts this position will waive his/her right to the 60 (sixty) day trial period in accordance with Section 4.4(N) of the CBA as of the date of this posting.
