Summary:
Examining, diagnosing and treating patients with a wide variety of clinical problems of human disease.
Use competency of technological procedures and devices used in acute care settings to treat broad range of conditions common among patients.
Manage the physician/patient relationship in complicated ethical and social areas such as end-of-life decisions, advance directives, estimating prognosis, and counseling of patients and their families.
Lead a team of experienced professionals, which includes resident physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, vascular access specialists, physical and occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and nurses.
Collaborate with other specialists as needed in continuous care for hospitalized patient
Requirements:
MD or DO degree.
Licensed or Eligible for Texas Medical License; Board certified or Board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
