Performs a variety of tasks related to the preparation and service for all catering events, hospital functions, cafeteria and the doctor’s dining room. This includes: preparing food according to the standardized recipes, following catering guidelines, set-up and cleanup the functions. Prepares the departmental non-patient floor stock (food and supplies) and patients as needed. Assists in the Doctor’s dining room as needed and the cafeteria with salad/Deli preparation, slicing of meats, and serving. Ensures all catering supplies are available and equipment is maintained properly. Dept. floor stock orders are completed and the department notified in a timely manner. Demonstrates the ability to perform other related duties as needed.
