Cook Children’s Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist. Candidate must have completed a pediatric cardiac anesthesiology fellowship and have a minimum of 3-5 years of cardiac anesthesiology experience caring for neonates and older pediatric patients with congenital cardiac disease. The physician must be board certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. Physician must possess an unrestricted Texas Medical license before commencement of employment.

Cook Children’s Medical Center is a 443-bed hospital. The Heart Center performs approximately 450 open heart surgeries and is on track to perform more than 600 caths this year. We conduct 12,500 outpatient visits and perform 15,000 echos annually. Additionally, we have performed 130 cardiac MRIs last year with that number continuing to grow annually. Our Heart Center 3D Lab provides in-house printing and virtual planning for patients with complex congenital heart disease.
