Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking a full time RN for the ICU. This will be 3 x 12 hour - Day Shift

The Intensive Care Unit at Fair Oaks Hospital is a 12 bed unit with a patient population that includes, but not limited to, end-stage disease processes, sepsis, post-partum emergencies, respiratory failure, post-operative care and others that require more intensive nursing care. This patient population requires care from nurses that have successfully completed the critical care fellowship and/or have experience caring for the critically ill patient population. The ICU is equipped to provide CRRT and induced hypothermia for post-cardiac arrest. IFOH is renowned for the quality and service provided and is proud to be a Magnet organization and recipient of the Senate Quality Award.

* Strict PPE requirements for all staff and visitors

* Masks are provided to patients entering our buildings, and offered free to visitors

* Waiting rooms and registration areas are arranged for social distancing
* We deep-clean our facilities nightly; we wipe surfaces and sanitize throughout the day
* Hand sanitizer is available everywhere at all times
* All team members are required to practice frequent hand washing
* Patients with symptoms are immediately directed to separate exam rooms
* Covid-19 patients are isolated in dedicated areas
* Inova operates drive-through Covid-19 testing sites that are far removed from the main facilities
