We are seeking a Manager of Internal Communications to join our team!

This role is responsible for developing and driving internal communications and higher levels of employee and physician advocacy and engagement. The scope of work often expands beyond message development and distribution

Job Duties:

* Manage Inova's internal response to crises and issues of significant concern to the organization, the team members, and physicians.

* Interact with other internal and external agencies as needed (e.g. infectious disease, Department of Health, CDC, Emergency Preparedness, etc.) Project Manager for assigned initiatives

* Performs various functions to support the overall effectiveness of communication strategies
