This position is eligible for a competitive sign on bonus upto $20,000 and relocation assistance for an experinced candidate.

We are looking for a Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit. Supports unit-based shared governance and decentralized decision-making structures and processes.
Role model who leads by example in delivering Service Always and in making Patient Experience a priority on unit(s) of responsibility. Continually pursues activities that will ensure smooth clinical operations/flow and compliance with Inova's goals of providing safe, equitable, patient-centered, timely, efficient and effective care in a holistic and evidence-based practice environment. Values and promotes collegial working relationships within and among disciplines
The Beacon awarded Progressive Care Unit at Inova Loudoun is seeking an enthusiastic full time RN for a nights shift role.

We provide a team-oriented atmosphere where we focus on building and empowering our staff. Stroke certified, it is our goal to constantly work to develop leadership within our unit. If you are an open-minded and critically thinking Nurse with acute care experience, we want you! Inova Loudoun Hospital is a 183-bed nationally recognized, acute-care community hospital with a rich history of proudly serving our growing and diverse community since 1912. The state-of-the-art technology at our main campus in Lansdowne is complemented by our outpatient services at our Leesburg, Dulles South and Purcellville locations.
