Interventional Cardiovascular Admission & Recovery (ICAR) is seeking a Full time RN Unit Supervisor - Day Shift. We are located on the ground floor of the Inova Heart & Vascular Center - Fairfax Medical Campus.

This is a fast paced; team orientated unit with an emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration.

Our nurses provide care to both adult and pediatric population. We offer many opportunities for growth and involvement in the unit and hospital initiatives.

High acuity, acute setting with flexible scheduling for our RNs with minimal weekend requirements.

Here is a brief description of ICAR:

• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure care of outpatient and inpatient populations
• Electrophysiology procedures- pacemaker/ICD placement, Micra pacemaker, ablations-VT, SVT, A-Fib, A-Flutter, Watchman
• Cardiac catheterization procedures- left and right heart caths, heart biopsies, ASD/PFO closures, carotid stents
• Interventional Radiology procedures- angiograms, chemoembolization, IVS filter, Mediports, thrombolysis, venograms, G/J tube placements, nephrostomy and biliary tubes
