Summary

Reporting to Clinic Director and Clinical Back Office Manager, the Clinical Support I Back Office Representative must be able to work independently as well as with resources of supervision and management. This position is responsible to assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direct supervision of registered nurse or physician. The position has the responsibility to provide excellent care and service to patients, their families, physician office staff, hospital personnel and related outside agencies.

Education

BLS; 1+ years as a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant in a busy healthcare environment; Must have excellent communication and organizational skills; Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks during the day; Must be proficient with data entry; Bilingual Spanish preferred.
