Description Minimum Required Preferred / Desired Experience Strong knowledge of insurance benefits, collections, authorizations, and pre-certifications OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills. 4 years of healthcare or public health setting with one of a combination of the following: patient finance, insurance benefits, financial assistance programs, public health, social services, or other community based background. Oncology experience preferred to include knowledge of community resources, cancer state aid. Ability to understand hospital and physician billing.
