The Customer Service Associate Per Diem is responsible for serving as the initial contact for patients, family members, representatives, and other visitors to Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Miller Children's Hospital & Women's Hospital Long Beach. This is a 100% customer contact position where excellent and compassionate service and problem solving skills are demonstrated in every visitor interaction, including the ability to remain calm under pressure, excellent telephone demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
