Accomplishes business objectives by identifying deficiencies within business operational workflow and develops new best practices, ensuring optimal business effectiveness. Responsible for standardization of best practices throughout all clinics, especially with the introduction of the Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Assists Informatics Team in organizing and leading front office and billing content development and operational processes, structures, and maintenance within all interfacing systems. Works collaboratively with Medical Practice Management Team, Urgent Care, Sleep Lab, and other departments in problem solving and assists with resolution. Assists in developing and maintaining proper security measures as required under HIPAA and other regulatory bodies. As part of the IT Ambulatory team; will collaborate with Medical Practive Management and other IT member(s) to resolve end-user(s) day-to-day issues pertaining to Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and will participate in after hours on call rotation and downtimes. Ability to perform regular onsite visits at ambulatory practices.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivilant of education and experience.
Minimum Work Experience
Medical office experience with 3-5 years of increasing responsibility preferably in a pediatric setting.
3-5 years experience in an IT or ambulatory setting required.
Experience in Informatics also preferred.

Medium lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-20 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantly to move objects. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
