Its first year, it was co-located within Neighborhood House, serving 1,900 patients. Today, Minnesota Community Care is the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Minnesota. With an annual operating budget of $30+ million, 400 employees, and over 100,000 square feet of service delivery space, providing primary, specialty, behavioral/mental health, and oral health care, and enabling/supportive services to over 37,000 unduplicated individuals through 140,000 patient encounters annually in the service area (UDS, 2018).
